We have a wide range of patients registered at the practice, from very young to very old. This, in combination with well equipped surgeries, affords my VDP an excellent range of dental experience. As far as is possible all work is completed within the practice, however where referrals are required the surrounding hospitals have oral surgery, restorative and orthodontic departments.
Since its formation in April 1986, Sawtry Dental Surgery has been owned and run solely by Barry Lovell who qualified from Leeds Dental School in 1983. He is supported by Friendly and efficient staff - his nurse, Kerry, and a part time administrator, his wife, Annette.

We have two modern surgeries, in our five surgery practice, where implant surgery is performed. We are fully equiped with the Newtom software that allows us to carry out detailed 3D reconstructions from the raw digital data of CT scans. Our dental implant surgeons, Dr Stuart M. Ellis and Dr Richard J. Millhouse are backed up by our hygienist who ensures that the aftercare for dental implants is of the highest standard.
