John Minford Associates People are in business primarily to make a profit, either to sustain the business or expand it. We do what we do to help them make more and keep more. The burden of legislation never gets less. Penalties are uncompromising. Regulation (for the right as well as the wrong reasons) is everywhere. It is a cost. We see no point in moaning about it. We need to deal with it, properly and on time. That’s the accountant’s first job . . . . . . taking away your worry about the authorities.
