Ashley Latter - A salesman coaching sales people The goal of the Ethical Sales and Communication Programme is to help Dentists and their teams improve uptake of teatment plans, feel more comfortable disucssing money with the patients and improve self confidence and self esteem. This programme is not a lecture, but each person will recieve coaching, so that they can devleop new skills and attitudes, that improve their performance back in the practice. Over 1200 dentists and their teams have taken part over the last 6 years and 98% of the participants get their whole investment back, including loss of earnings normally within 2 days of being back in their practices.
